YOUR IMPACT
We are seeking a talented Finance Automation Marketing Campaign Specialist to join our team at Redwood, driving ambitious marketing efforts for the Finance Automation (FA) solution. This role focuses on supporting the planning, development, and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with Redwood’s broader growth strategy.
Demand Generation & Campaign Management:
Manage LinkedIn advertising campaigns and collaborate closely with the paid media team to ensure cohesive advertising efforts across channels.
Develop effective outbound ABM (Account Based Marketing) and email campaigns and create BDR sequences in Outreach.
Optimize campaigns using data insights to improve targeting, engagement, and lead quality.
Event Strategy and Logistics:
Support the lead and management of Redwood’s participation in both physical and virtual events, including webinars and global conferences.
Oversee event logistics, interface with customers, and manage follow-up activities to maximize ROI.
Collaborate on content and propositions for events, ensuring alignment with overall campaign goals.
Channel and Data Management:
Execute campaign strategies by capturing input from multiple sources and aligning the organization around a clear plan.
Leverage Salesforce, HubSpot (or similar), and BI tools to monitor performance, identify trends, and adjust campaigns.
Focus on KPIs such as leads generated, discoveries booked and completed, solution overviews generated, and pipeline ROAS to create funnel impact from lead acquisition to pipeline growth.
Demonstrate the ability to make informed decisions using both objective and subjective data, even when information is incomplete.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with product marketing, paid/organic teams, BDRs, customer expansion teams, marketing operations, customer expansion and sales teams to align efforts.
Develop and align nurturing sequences with the BDR manager to support outbound campaigns effectively.
Collaborate with content and design teams to create compelling assets and optimize web pages for conversion.
Project Management:
Support the management of timelines and campaign activities across regions (NORAM and EMEA), ensuring effective contribution to high-impact projects such as the Hackett webinar.
Use tools like Asana to coordinate projects and maintain campaign momentum.
YOUR EXPERIENCE
Minimum of 3 years of B2B marketing experience, within the SaaS, tech, or automation sectors.
Hands-on experience with LinkedIn advertising and running demand generation campaigns in marketing automation tools.
Proficiency in using Salesforce, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, HubSpot (or equivalent tools) for email automation.
Project management experience using Asana (or similar) is preferred.
Expertise in writing high-conversion ad copy, email campaigns, and landing page content, aimed at improving overall Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).
Experience with a BI or analytics tool to track performance and campaign effectiveness.
Strong customer engagement skills, with the ability to interface effectively during events and webinars.
Ability to influence cross-functional teams, aligning stakeholders across regions and marketing functions.
Emphasis on data-driven decision-making, with an ability to use performance metrics to iterate on and improve campaigns.
Comfortable working collaboratively to glean insights and make strategic adjustments.
Ability to set up programs with a focus on making assessment and data-driven adjustments straightforward.
Adaptable and Growth-Oriented: Ready to make an impact and grow as Redwood scales.
Hands-On Executor: Comfortable with day-to-day campaign execution, including managing paid ads, nurturing leads, and coordinating event logistics.
