Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
- At least seven years of IT security experience, including at least five years of direct supervision of IT security projects.
- Experience working on similar projects with comparable size, scope, magnitude, duration, and complexity.
- One of the following certifications: Project Management Professional, Geographic Information Systems Professional, Certified Information Security Manager, Certified Information Systems Security Professional, or equivalent.
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English, with a focus on technical and professional writing.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret security clearance.
- Ability to obtain and maintain Department of Homeland Security suitability.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the Government's single point of contact for the effort, authorized to report on its status and direct all activities and staff under the effort while working routinely with the Contracting Officer and the Contracting Officer's Representative.
- Be responsible for all contractor work performed under the task order.
- Develop and deliver information technology security policy and guidance aligned with federally mandated information technology security requirements.
- Lead the team using modern and Agile methods.
