Requirements
  • A preferred Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field from an accredited college or university.
  • Eight to twelve or more years of B2B marketing experience, with emphasis in integrated marketing, demand generation, and account-based marketing.
  • Demonstrated success developing, executing, and optimizing integrated, multi-channel campaigns that drive pipeline growth and measurable business outcomes.
  • Proven experience partnering with sales leadership, business development, and executive stakeholders to align marketing strategies with revenue priorities.
  • Strong background in campaign performance analysis, translating insights into data-driven optimization and strategic recommendations.
  • Experience working effectively within matrixed, cross-functional organizations and leading collaboration across marketing, analytics, and business teams.
  • Proficiency with marketing automation, customer relationship management, and account-based marketing or intent-data platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, 6sense, and Demandbase.
  • Strong understanding of lead management, attribution, funnel reporting, and pipeline measurement.
  • Knowledge of lifecycle marketing and revenue operations processes.
  • Familiarity with intent data, audience segmentation, and account scoring methodologies.
  • Strong analytical skills for interpreting data and driving performance optimization.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams and align stakeholders.
  • Clear and conceptual thinking ability, judgment, troubleshooting, problem-solving, discretion, ability to handle work-related stress and multiple priorities, and ability to meet deadlines.
Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of marketing strategies to support growth by partnering with business unit Presidents and their teams.
  • Partner with sales leadership to identify and prioritize strategic accounts.
  • Collaborate with marketing centers of excellence to deploy marketing tactics in support of strategies.
  • Provide stakeholder updates to business unit leadership, share results, and optimize plans based on learnings.
  • Work with Brand Strategists to develop and design marketing best practices and approaches.
  • Lead integrated marketing campaigns spanning awareness, engagement, activation, and sales enablement.
  • Manage the team marketing budget and Agile Team resources toward high-value growth initiatives.
  • Develop campaign strategies coordinating digital, events, content, nurture, webinar, account-based marketing, and sales outreach tactics.
  • Design and execute account-based marketing programs aligned to target industries, buyer personas, and organizational priorities.
  • Coordinate personalized outreach programs, landing pages, executive events, and nurture experiences.
  • Support demand generation and lead-capture initiatives tied to marketing-qualified lead, sales-qualified lead, and pipeline goals.
  • Manage performance optimization through testing, reporting, and analytics.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, communications, digital, analytics, and business teams.
  • Lead conference and executive-event marketing strategy, including pre-event, onsite, and post-event engagement programs.
  • Develop campaign briefs, messaging frameworks, key performance indicator definitions, and executive-ready reporting.
  • Drive continuous optimization across campaign performance, targeting, conversion, and engagement.
  • Provide support, guidance, leadership, and motivation to promote maximum performance.
  • Administer company personnel policies and follow company staffing standards and training recommendations.
  • Interview, hire, establish colleague performance development plans, and conduct colleague performance discussions.
  • Travel as required.

Sedgwick has launched a direct repair programme for heavy equipment, expanding its existing network of over 3,400 contracted body shops for private passenger vehicles. The new service provides carriers with access to 250 certified repair facilities serving 18-wheelers, refrigerated lorries, and specialised vehicles across the US. The programme features electronic integration with Sedgwick's mobile app and digital platform, enabling mobile photo capture, real-time repair tracking, and in-app communication.
