Requirements
  • A minimum of 1 year of directly related experience in the electrical, mechanical, building facilities or fire/life safety field where you operated, installed, or maintained equipment
  • A high school diploma is required although additional training such as apprenticeships, military training or a college degree is desired
  • Digital literacy, with experience using MS Office (Outlook, Word, etc) is required; exposure to ticketing systems such as ServiceNow is preferred
  • Excellent at solving problems with a keen eye for spotting anomalies
  • Experience working with 120/208 volt circuits
  • Ability to walk up roof access ladders
  • Ability to lift 40 pounds
Responsibilities
  • Monitor, maintain and operate critical facilities systems responding to emergencies as needed
  • Perform routine inspections and repairs of equipment combining knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and building systems
  • Assist and escort 3rd party vendors for repairs and maintenance, following detailed processes
  • Work within the computerized management system for work orders, change tickets, and asset tracking
  • Document new processes and procedures and peer review others' documentation for accuracy
  • Rapid response to emergency situations using established processes and procedures
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by your manager
