The Corporate Strategy team at Nutanix is a high-performing and collaborative group of professionals. They are responsible for driving growth, performance, and operational efficiency throughout the organization. The team works on strategic projects that include growth strategy, business model transformation, go-to-market initiatives, operational excellence, and board communication. The team members have the opportunity to work closely with the CEO, executive leadership team, and other senior leaders across the company to shape the company’s strategy and drive execution. It is a dynamic and impactful team that plays a crucial role in shaping Nutanix’s future success.

Your Role

Act as a thought partner to senior leaders of the company to help devise our Sales and GTM strategy
Generate business insights and develop strategy and business cases that inform company strategy and unlocks potential value
Drive the definition, measurement, and tracking of key strategic initiatives that are critical to company growth and operational efficiency

What You Will Bring

MBA from a top-tier business school
5+ years of overall work experience with growing levels of responsibility
2+ years of experience at top-tier strategy consulting or corporate strategy at a leading enterprise software company
Strong focus on enterprise software / SaaS preferred
Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving & analytical skills and ability to synthesize insights to drive alignment and outcomes
Experience with executive-level engagement as business, operational, and strategic thought partner
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, and a proven ability to build strong collaborative working relationships
Can deal effectively with ambiguity and thrive in an unstructured environment driving projects forward working with teams without direct reporting structure

About the Team

Jonathan Lui - Director, Corporate Strategy

The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between USD $ 124,480 and USD $ 247,800 per year.

However, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.

If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
