Simplify's Take

What believers are saying

  • Synectic won a March 2026 Navy delivery order, extending logistics support into October.
  • 2026 careers pages list Data Analyst, Product Owner, and Public Sector business roles.
  • The company still markets active SeaPort-NxG and NAVAIR vehicles, widening recompete access.

What critics are saying

  • SSI's core revenue depends on Navy contracting, and federal award interruptions hit fast.
  • The September 2025 Logistics Support Services II order ends October 26, 2026.
  • A failed SDVOSB recertification would collapse SSI's federal pipeline and bidding moat.

What makes Synectic Solutions unique

  • Scott Koslow's ownership since 2022 keeps SSI veteran-led and focused on Navy customers.
  • SSI holds ISO 9001:2015 and AS9100D certifications at Camarillo, uncommon among small contractors.
  • Five offices in California, Virginia, Maryland, and Arizona anchor proximate Navy support.
