About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced Test Lead to join our consulting team at Planit, a market leader in Testing and Quality Engineering services. This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-profile enterprise programs, providing hands-on leadership and delivering quality outcomes for some of the region’s largest organisations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate testing activities across multiple phases and streams
• Drive test planning, strategy, and execution to ensure high-quality delivery
• Manage defect triage and reporting using OpenText ALM
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders, developers, and project managers in Agile and traditional environments
• Mentor and support junior testers, ensuring best practices are followed across the team
• Contribute to continuous improvement in test processes, tools, and methodologies

Key Requirements

• 2+ years’ experience in a Test Lead role
• ISTQB Advanced Test Analyst (or equivalent certification)
• Proven experience across CI/CD (DevOps), Agile, Iterative, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies
• Strong proficiency in OpenText ALM / HP ALM, including test execution and defect management
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage competing priorities across large enterprise projects
