Requirements
  • Two to three years of experience in business-to-business sales or marketing support roles.
  • Solid understanding of selling into the information technology space or prior industry experience.
  • Experience with Salesforce (SFDC) to craft and customize reports at account and opportunity levels and manage custom objects and fields while ensuring data integrity and sharp reporting.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines while producing high-quality work.
  • Experience with outbound cadences and reporting to support SDR teams in high-velocity sales cycles.
  • Highly proficient in reporting processes to enable business success and maintain smooth operations.
  • Data analysis skills to track, analyze, and report on campaign performance and turn insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and experience delivering professional presentations.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Salesloft, 6sense, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Microsoft Office Suite, and Slack; familiarity with project management tools such as Asana is a bonus.
  • Hands-on experience with account-based marketing is highly preferred.
Responsibilities
  • Partner with a global team to deliver NinjaOne's messaging and positioning across all outbound sales channels.
  • Develop and maintain sales playbooks and communication plans to support successful launch and adoption of outbound campaigns.
  • Collaborate with sales development representatives to ensure campaign adoption and execution while maintaining a feedback loop for continuous improvement of strategies and messaging.
  • Lead cadence launches and analyze performance to continuously optimize results.
  • Oversee cadence adoption and performance in Salesloft, adjusting strategies to optimize outreach and maximize results.
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights to refine strategies and improve outcomes.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance weekly in Salesforce, ensuring data accuracy and delivering insights consistently.
  • Support ongoing refinement of the Salesloft platform to improve SDR efficiency and success.
  • Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and ensuring precise execution.
  • Take responsibility for reporting and data cleanup of overdue tasks, manage Salesloft administration and perform regular housekeeping to maintain organization.
  • Contribute to team success through collaboration, real-time communication, and supporting sales goals and company growth.
  • Leverage Salesforce, Salesloft, 6sense, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and other tools to track performance and support campaigns.
  • Other duties as needed.

  • Experience using ABM strategies and tooling is desirable.
