Requirements
  • Bachelor degree in architecture, interior design, interior architecture, or related engineering degree preferred.
  • Current Registration/Licensure in Architecture, Interior Design or Engineering preferred.
  • Must have 15 years minimum experience in the S&T Market with a proven track record of strategic growth, practice and team leadership, and business development success.
  • Additional certifications and/or training relevant to this role are preferred.
  • Strong presentations skills.
  • Exceptional client and people leadership skills.
  • Business acumen and proven ability to create and execute strategy.
  • Professional acumen and maturity demonstrated by the ability to communicate authentically and respectfully.
  • Some travel required.
Responsibilities
  • Lead the S&T Market for the Chicago office.
  • Develop and lead high-performance diverse teams focused on the development and implementation of the Practice Business Plan.
  • Contribute to the success of the firm including business development and client engagement, client and team leadership, mentoring of our people, and advancing the quality of work.
  • Integrate design services, manage processes, and deliver solid financial performance for the practice.
  • Act as an ambassador of the brand, championing Living-Centered Design and bringing the Firm's purpose to life in client interactions.
  • Focus on activities supporting practice growth, client and team leadership responsibilities, and external brand opportunities.
