Requirements
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships through purposeful phone and written communication.
  • Ability to learn new technology platforms and navigate multiple technical tools and systems.
  • Ability to conduct research and planning to develop customer relationships.
  • Ability to advise customers, solve problems, and develop creative solutions.
  • Strong organization and disciplined day-to-day processes.
  • Interest or background in design and print.
Responsibilities
  • Proactively manage the existing customer base to increase returning revenue.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for assigned accounts, predominantly by phone and email.
  • Build customer relationships to increase purchase volume, frequency, and product mix through discovery, record keeping, recommendations, and presentations.
  • Maintain knowledge of MOO products and services to provide recommendations, win projects, and grow customer relationships.
  • Maintain accurate customer interaction records and notes in customer relationship management systems.
  • Identify account growth and collaboration opportunities through contact expansion and research.
  • Forecast anticipated monthly achievement to the manager and, when needed, other business leaders.
  • Achieve monthly revenue and retention targets.
  • Meet daily outbound activity requirements.
  • Participate in weekly coaching sessions and one-to-one meetings with the manager.
  • Participate actively in sales-team meetings and strategy sessions.
Desired Qualifications
  • Previous phone or in-person sales experience, specifically in account growth and retention.
  • Basic knowledge of design and print.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Salesloft, Adobe Workfront, or other ticketing systems.
  • Bilingual capabilities.
