  • Bachelor’s degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics) and a minimum of 8 years of related experience.
  • Must have an active DoD Secret Clearance with an investigation date within the last 6 years.
  • 3+ years of experience in a formal management/leadership position.
  • Experience with MM III Operations, Maintenance and Security operations.

Responsibilities
  • Will focus on the development, integration and delivery of enterprise level operations data, information, and products supporting weapon system requirements.
  • Will provide assessment and tracking of issues and development of resolutions to meet operational objectives.
  • Develops mechanisms for monitoring operational progress across the ICBM Sustainment Business Unit, integrates inputs from functional IPTs/Programs, plans and coordinates business reviews, creates resource allocations, and performance analysis.
  • Recommends financial and non-financial strategic objectives and alternatives, implements, and maintains operational plans, and supports acquisition planning and proposals.
  • Use advanced data analytics tools to incorporate predictive maintenance into Minuteman III Ground Systems using techniques including Weibull analysis, Reliability Centered Maintenance, Python and ontological data structure to provide enhanced insight into weapon system condition.
  • Be required to provide a wide range of people leadership and mentoring activities and foster a culture that allows employees to learn and grow.
  • Perform requirements analysis, develop source data for future requirements, generate mitigation solutions, and prepare technical reports outlining options.
  • Works with across the organization’s engineering and program management teams in identifying and cultivating growth opportunities.
  • Organize and lead teams in responding to USG Sources Sought, Requests for Information and Requests for Proposal.
  • Develop innovative approaches to analyzing weapon system data using statistics and data analysis.
  • Establish milestones and monitors adherence to master plans and schedules, identifies challenges and recommends solutions.
  • Engage in the preparation of meetings, proposals, business plans, performance work statements, program risk management process, operating budgets, and engagement activities.
  • Work with Sector and Division functional organizations to ensure collaboration.
Desired Qualifications
  • 10+ years’ of experience with ICBM weapon system logistics, operations, security, and subsystem integration.
  • Experience using advanced data analytics tools to incorporate predictive maintenance into Minuteman III Ground Systems using techniques including Weibull analysis, Reliability Centered Maintenance, Python and ontological data structures to provide enhanced insight into weapon system condition.
  • Knowledge of Models Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) and ability to build a roadmap for Minuteman III Ground Systems implementation.
  • Strong written communication skills.
  • Dynamic personality for customer interactions.
  • 6+ years of formal leadership experience.
  • 2+ years’ experience developing Basis of Estimates to support business and proposal development.
