Simplify's Take

What believers are saying

  • LinkedIn listed 51-200 employees on August 31, 2026, signaling hiring momentum.
  • Wichita Business Journal posted July 22, 2026 plans to reach 50 employees.
  • Open roles in 2026 for controllers, CATIA programmers, and machinists signal production growth.

What critics are saying

  • Omni Aerospace lacks scale; 2025 DoD awards totaled only $1.4 million.
  • Customer concentration is extreme; 24 contract actions since 2024 came from DoD.
  • If Boeing or another prime delays sourcing, Omni's Wichita expansion stalls quickly.

What makes Omni Aerospace unique

  • Omni Aerospace combines machining, harness assembly, and distribution from Wichita since 1994.
  • Its ISO 9001 and AS9100D certifications support defense work under ITAR and DFARS.
  • DoD awards in 2025 show niche credibility for low-volume, high-reliability parts.
