Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university.
  • 3–5 years of experience in account management, partnerships, sponsorships, or client services.
  • Experience working with corporate clients, sponsorship activations, or hospitality programs is strongly preferred.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple complex accounts simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Willingness to travel as needed to support client events and relationship building.
Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned strategic partners, maintaining strong, productive relationships.
  • Support the execution of partnership programs, including hospitality packages, ticket inventory, accommodations, and experience-based activations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, operations, marketing, finance) to ensure seamless delivery of contracted assets and activations.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities to deepen partner engagement and generate incremental revenue.
  • Participate in vendor sourcing and management to ensure the quality and consistency of deliverables across all programs.
  • Track and report on partnership performance metrics, including revenue, engagement, and return on investment.
  • Assist with proposal development, renewal strategies, and contract execution.
  • Support event planning and attend key events to manage on-site execution and partner engagement.
  • Stay current on industry trends, competitive landscape, and partner priorities.
