Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in Business Analytics, Management, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or Marketing
- 7+ years of experience in advanced and predictive analytics, marketing analytics, and analytic techniques for marketing, customer, and business applications
- Professional experience working with big data and building and optimizing 'big data' data pipelines, architectures, and data sets
- Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and SQL; Additional tools such as VBA, R, Python are a plus
- Strong account management and customer success skills
- Cross-Industry experience preferred
- Highly analytical with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Project and people management experience is preferred
- Experience developing and presenting presentations using insights derived from analytics
- Prior experience using data to solve complex business questions and drive business solutions
- Ability to occasionally travel domestically and/or internationally
Responsibilities
- Lead multiple client engagements day-to-day in collaboration with CET leadership
- Manage client delivery, align project timelines, manage key client communication, manage tasks and goals of other team members, ensure deliverables are of high quality
- Lead and manage a team to drive analysis and insights that lead to informed decisions and improved business performance for clients
- Build strong relationships with clients, understand client business objectives, and deliver presentations with actionable insights and recommendations
- Guide client adoption of insights, help address cultural and organizational barriers, and identify white space and mutually beneficial opportunities
- Train and coach new & existing team members, guide career growth, and lead performance management discussions
- Collaborate with project teams and the Technology Engineering Team (R&D) to continuously evolve statistical methodologies and develop new tools and capabilities
- Address ad-hoc questions about data, models, software, etc., and work with big data via hands-on data processing and build cutting-edge statistical/econometric models
- Contribute significantly to internal initiatives to drive a culture of agility and organizational efficiency for scalability
- Balance project resources across teams and projects, support leadership in managing towards revenue targets
- Drive positive culture, be a role model for others
