You have experience running simulations using MMM curves or have worked closely with teams who do. Additionally, you engage effectively with senior finance executives, demonstrating your ability to clearly explain technical terms and demonstrate model accuracy within a business context.

- Ensuring models properly account for variables like competitor data, promotions, pricing, economic factors, product drivers, and more
- Maintaining model consistency across different product segments and geographies
- Continuously enhancing modeling techniques and capabilities as the analytical landscape evolves

- Communicating and aligning on model results with our marketing planning and analysis team
- Collaborating on a global scale to understand the needs of regional teams and jointly develop consistent MMM frameworks
- Collaborating with marketing and analytics leadership to translate business questions into econometric approaches, ensuring a balance between technical feasibility and practical business requirements
- Communicating model details and accuracy to executives effectively
- Mentoring and empowering your team, promoting skill and leadership development and career growth
- Championing a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and excellence
What you need to succeed
We seek candidates with strong technical skills in MMM and ML algorithms, plus the ability to connect model impact to business outcomes. You should currently lead MMM projects and enjoy hands-on work with data and models.
You’ll develop a diverse, dedicated team and co-create solutions with analytics teams while maintaining focus on model accuracy. You’ll also help scale our modeling solution across growing geographic locations and businesses.
Requirements:
- MS/PhD in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science or related quantitative field
