  • 5+ years of hands-on paid media experience across Google Ads, Social, and Programmatic, with strong platform proficiency across SEM, PMax, Demand Gen, Meta, DV360, TikTok, Reddit, and LinkedIn.
  • Familiarity with ad servers (CM360) is a plus.
  • Fluency in English is a must-have
  • Exceptional presentation skills, comfortable speaking about and presenting data to clients
  • Collaborate effectively within a dynamic team and confidently present data insights to clients.
  • Think strategically about complex issues, formulating recommendations that drive high ROI.

Responsibilities
  • Campaign Execution & Performance: Develop, launch, and manage multi-platform digital campaigns across Google Ads (SEM, PMax, Demand Gen, etc.), Social (Meta, TikTok, Reddit, LinkedIn, etc.), and Programmatic (DV360).
  • Campaign Execution & Performance: Own end-to-end campaign setup on the platforms, ensuring zero errors, from trafficking creatives to pre-launch QA.
  • Campaign Execution & Performance: Continuously monitor, analyze, and optimize campaigns - pacing, performance, and budget management across all active platforms.
  • Campaign Execution & Performance: Manage multichannel programmatic campaigns (desktop, mobile, video); troubleshoot delivery and performance issues proactively.
  • Campaign Execution & Performance: Lead A/B testing across ad creative, placement, landing page, and post-conversion touchpoints.
  • Campaign Execution & Performance: Meticulous attention to detail - campaigns trafficking correctly, pacing data accurately, QAs thorough before every launch.
