Undergraduate Intern / Co-op Program Overview:
Summer 2025 intern/co-op within a functional area of MKS Instruments, that provides students a comprehensive and engaging experience from before your program starts to after the program ends.
40 hours per week, for Summer 2025 (June to August)
Hybrid, at our Andover, MA location (flexible on which days of the week onsite).
Qualified candidates must be a US resident.
Junior, or Senior, undergrad student, or Master’s degree student

A Day in Your Life at MKS:
As an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Analyst Intern at MKS, you will partner with Business Analysts, End users and other IT team members to participate in the analysis, design, development, and testing of Oracle eBusiness suite (EBS) of applications. In this role, you will report to the Sr. Manager, Oracle EBS.
You Will Make an Impact By:
Participating in the design, development, analysis, and testing of Oracle EBS application development.
Assisting in the development of test scripts and test plan.
Assisting in functional SDLC tasks and technical development work in Oracle EBS or custom application environment.
Having exposure to ERP development work environment and processes.
Understanding of MKS Instruments’ commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion
Skills You Bring:
Education- Masters or Bachelor’s Degree Students, majoring in – Computer Science, Business/Management Information Systems, Electronic Engineer student majoring in Computer Science, Business/management Information Systems.
Ability to work 40 hours per week, for the Summer 2025 (June to August)
Qualified candidates must be a US resident.
Proficient with office software (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Proficiency in SQL programming (PL/SQL) with tools like SQL Developer, TOAD, etc., is required
ORACLE ERP experience is required
SDLC knowledge is a plus
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Detail oriented and able to work independently
Compensation and Benefits:
Hourly Pay Range: $24.00 to $26.00 per hour. This range is a good faith estimate of the expected salary range for this position, based on a wide range of factors including qualifications, experience and training, operational and business needs and other considerations permitted by law. At MKS, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for the role.
Benefits: MKS offers a benefits package for interns/co-ops working at least 20 hours per week, including 11 paid holidays, sick time, and 15 paid vacation days accrued on a biweekly basis.
