Insperity beats Q2 revenue estimates with $1.69B, raises full-year EPS guidance to $2.16

Insperity, a HR outsourcing provider, beat Wall Street's revenue expectations in Q2 2026, with sales up 1.7% year on year to $1.69 billion. Its non-GAAP profit of $0.34 per share exceeded analyst estimates by 6.9%. Management attributed results to improved cost discipline and benefit cost management. The company raised its full-year adjusted EPS guidance to $2.16 at the midpoint. Insperity launched HRScale, a new platform combining its services with Workday technology. Management expects nearly 6,000 worksite employees to be added via HRScale in the next six months. However, average paid worksite employee count declined due to higher attrition and lower new client sales. Management cited increased caution among small and medium-sized businesses, with over half expecting negative economic impact in 2026.
