Requirements
  • Progressive experience in product or service delivery, ideally in a university or technical environment.
  • Experience supporting artificial intelligence tool rollouts, adoption efforts, or platform integrations.
  • Ability to communicate naturally in workshops and one-on-one mentoring sessions, meet people at their level, and build confidence in applicable solutions.
  • Ability to translate technical capabilities into business value.
  • Ability to facilitate discovery conversations that surface real needs.
  • Foundational understanding of information technology service management, such as ITIL or a similar framework.
  • Experience gathering business requirements.
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Responsibilities
  • Help faculty, staff, and students use artificial intelligence tools productively through training, consultation, and hands-on support.
  • Partner with teams across the university to identify where artificial intelligence can provide practical value and help teams adopt it.
  • Help shape and communicate the vision for rolling out artificial intelligence services across the university.
  • Lead discovery sessions to identify opportunities for artificial intelligence.
  • Discover and evaluate new artificial intelligence tools.
  • Document workflows and requirements.
  • Guide teams through artificial intelligence tool adoption.
  • Serve as the subject-matter expert on artificial intelligence tools available to the university community.
  • Develop training programs, run workshops, host office hours, and mentor colleagues building their skills.
  • Help users resolve complex technical issues and determine how to begin using available tools.
  • Build documentation, toolkits, communications, feedback loops, and metrics to support sustainable adoption.
  • Monitor the broader artificial intelligence landscape and bring back insights to improve services.
