RESPONSIBILITIES:
Track and manage the company event calendar(s), keeping all files up to date
Update sponsorship and event team tracking documents
Assist in creating event and sponsorship planning PowerPoint decks
Assist with national sponsorship fulfillment
Collaborate with Regional Marketing Associates to support, plan and track local and regional events and sponsorships
Submit, track, and manage costs closely including, processing invoice, tracking payment confirmations, updating budgets, and tracking actual costs.
Cross-functionally communicate including tracking deadlines and responses to manage follow up with individuals to complete a task
Source and manage gifting and swag for events and sponsorships
Assist in elements of the planning and implementation of events including, rooming lists, hotel/venue sourcing, F&B ordering, décor, entertainment, marketing materials, communications, scheduling, data management, registration, websites, budgets, gifting/swag, surveys, and on-site event logistics
Support onsite at sponsorships and events as needed
QUALIFICATIONS:
2-4 years experience in a marketing support position, required
Demonstrate professionalism, responsiveness, and exceptional customer service skills
High-level of attention to detail for accuracy and efficiency, and superior organizational skills
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks at same time with demonstrated experience in consistently delivering high quality results
Robust time management skills, with the ability to prioritize projects and any time sensitive communications
Team player who collaborates and can easily pivot to assist other projects as needed.
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Flexibility while having a positive attitude in shifting daily priorities and situations
Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite products such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, SharePoint, OneNote, Outlook, etc.
Ability to travel 20%-40%. Ability and willingness to work extended hours and varying work schedules as required
