Requirements
  • 2-4 years of autonomous market research experience
  • Experience in conducting quantitative and qualitative research studies
  • Experience managing brand tracking, NPS study, and/or customer satisfaction study
  • Proficient in market research tools such as Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey, SPSS, and/or R
  • Strong project management skills
  • Exceptional communication skills

Responsibilities
  • Drive market research projects from conception to completion
  • Design questionnaires and surveys tailored for quantitative research studies
  • Oversee and monitor data collection for quantitative studies
  • Undertake analysis of resulting data sets
  • Build reports tailored to internal audiences
  • Manage brand tracking including suggesting updates to the questionnaire and analyzing brand tracking results
  • Use statistical software like SPSS and R to analyze quantitative results
  • Develop actionable insights to inform marketing strategies and present findings to senior management
  • Ensure best practices are used across the company and provide guidance on research methods and concepts
