The “Fine Print” – What You’ll Do:
- Asset Lifecycle Management – You will help build the groundwork and process for asset lifecycle management for the new Redwood City GMP Facility. Assets include manufacturing equipment, QC equipment, utility and facility assets.
- Calibration and Maintenance Program – You will help develop plans for the calibration, maintenance, and operations of GMP equipment and critical utilities.
- CMMS Workflow – You will learn computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) and how assets, calibrations, and maintenance can be managed within the system.
Skills and Experience We Look For:
- Our ideal candidate must be enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program in engineering or science at the time of the internship. The candidate would have an interest in learning about cell therapy and gaining experience in GMP facilities and engineering.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, scientists, engineers, quality etc.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Ability to utilize software applications such as MS Office products.
