Requirements
  • 3–5 years of experience in UX or product research roles within agile digital product environments
  • Strong expertise in mixed-methods research, applying both qualitative techniques and quantitative analysis
  • Proven ability to deliver research that influenced product strategy or user experience outcomes
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to present findings to technical and non-technical audiences
  • Familiarity with design thinking, agile/scrum methodologies, and product development cycles
Responsibilities
  • Conduct generative and evaluative research to support pod workstreams, growth initiatives, and product iterations
  • Lead early-stage discovery for new products and features, delivering insights to shape MVP scoping and development
  • Develop research plans, screeners, scripts, and guides while applying the right methods (interviews, surveys, diary studies, usability testing, A/B test support)
  • Translate findings into clear, actionable insights that influence strategy and design
  • Work side-by-side with UX designers, product managers, and analysts to activate insights and improve customer experiences
  • Champion customer needs throughout the development lifecycle, especially during MVP iterations and roadmap planning
  • Present findings through workshops, reports, and walkthroughs to align teams and drive action
  • Help standardize processes, templates, and build a growing repository of insights to support teams and avoid duplication
  • Leverage research platforms (UserTesting, Maze, Ethnio, etc.) to scale capabilities when needed
  • Partner with analytics teams to triangulate qualitative and quantitative insights, supporting experiments and optimization
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience in financial services, fintech, or retail preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Design, or a related field preferred
  • Hands-on experience with usability testing, surveys, and digital research tools
