Requirements
  • A minimum of six to eight years of relevant and progressive experience as a product manager.
  • Strong knowledge of product development, product lifecycle, and Agile methodologies.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to manage multiple responsibilities and stakeholders, working with internal stakeholders and technology members on design and implementation and with clients to gather their needs.

Responsibilities
  • Own the product strategy, roadmap, and product development lifecycle for the Fiduciary Services and Plan Advantage business.
  • Lead a cross-functional and global development squad to roll out new Fiduciary Services and Plan Advantage products and features.
  • Partner with research, methodology, and design leaders across the organization to build products aligned with the goals of retirement plan providers, broker-dealers, and retirement advisors.
  • Demonstrate curiosity about Artificial Intelligence and its potential to improve product experience and client outcomes.
  • Develop business requirements refined and validated with customers, prioritize conflicting work, and work within an Agile software development framework.
  • Oversee the development and rollout of multiple new products and features, and work with marketing, sales, and client service to execute an ongoing support strategy.
  • Work directly with prospects and clients to create awareness and drive adoption of Morningstar retirement software within the target segment and advance specific client opportunities.
  • Demonstrate product capabilities to prospective clients, including functionality and methodology; serve as an expert for Sales and Client Service and play an active role in product trial, conversion, or sunsetting and migration processes.
  • Partner with Client Service and Client Solutions to understand client feedback on the product.

Morningstar and PitchBook integrate with Google's Gemini Enterprise for financial services AI

Morningstar and PitchBook announced integrations with Google Cloud's Gemini Enterprise for Financial Services through the Model Context Protocol. The integrations are expected to be available imminently. The partnerships allow eligible subscribers to access investment data, research, and market intelligence directly within Gemini Enterprise. Morningstar reports 9.6% revenue growth to $663M, Q2 operating income surges 28%

Morningstar reported second-quarter 2026 revenue of $663.2 million, up 9.6% year-over-year, with organic revenue growing 6.8%. Operating income increased 28.4% to $160.6 million, whilst adjusted operating income rose 22.7%. Diluted earnings per share climbed 35.4% to $2.83, with adjusted diluted earnings per share up 29.2% to $3.10. Free cash flow surged 96.3% to $122.5 million. CEO Kunal Kapoor highlighted the company's focus on building agentic workflows atop its data and research, plus helping investors navigate converging public and private markets. Morningstar Credit, Morningstar Direct Platform, and PitchBook were key organic revenue contributors. The investment insights provider repurchased 567,844 shares for $100 million during the quarter.

Morningstar debuts AI exit timing tool as shares trade 26% above estimated fair value
