Responsibilities
- Develop strong business relationships with existing and new customers to contribute to their marketing and print goals.
- Formulate a sales plan to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Sell a full line of printing services to local businesses.
- Collaborate with customer service representatives to provide excellent customer service.
- Develop unique customer business applications and pricing proposals.
- Deliver customer presentations, demonstrations, and proposals.
- Utilize internal resources to present total solutions to customers.
- Maintain customer information and contacts using internal CRM system.
