- A bachelor's or higher degree in computer science, engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience is required.

- Build and maintain Python-based artificial intelligence workflows using large language model frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar tools.
- Integrate artificial intelligence software development kits and large language model providers such as OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, and Anthropic to build conversational agents, retrieval-augmented generation pipelines, and tool-using agents.
- Implement agentic patterns including multi-agent orchestration, stateful graph-based workflows, tool calling, memory management, and human-in-the-loop flows.
- Translate business standard operating procedures and runbooks into structured, executable agent workflows with deterministic routing and escalation logic.
- Identify manual, repetitive business processes and architect automation solutions using artificial intelligence agents equipped with application programming interfaces, databases, ticketing systems, and other relevant tools.
- Design agents that operate semi-autonomously or fully autonomously with guardrails, confidence thresholds, and fallback paths.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to capture standard operating procedure logic, edge cases, and exception-handling requirements and encode them into agent behavior.
- Monitor agent performance, analyze failure modes, and iterate on prompts, routing, and tool definitions.
- Analyze existing manual workflows to identify high-return-on-investment automation opportunities.
- Decompose complex requirements into well-scoped technical tasks with clear acceptance criteria.
- Debug and root-cause issues across the stack, including Oracle query plans, large language model hallucinations, and Angular state bugs.
- Produce technical documentation for agents, workflows, and application programming interface contracts.
