About the Role:
The Senior Manager of Partnerships & Strategic Alliances will play a critical role in developing and managing partnerships across various tiers with a focus on B2B2C, brand, and B2B partnerships. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong track record in generating revenue and building successful partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage strategic partnerships across Tier 1-4, identifying opportunities for collaboration and mutual growth.
- Negotiate and manage strategic alliances, establishing joint ventures and long-term partnership agreements that align with Mindvalley’s objectives.
- Lead and mentor a team of partnership specialists, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Benchmark and track performance of partnerships against key metrics, ensuring revenue generation and growth in line with business goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure partnerships are effectively integrated and align with overall business strategy.
- Maintain an understanding of industry trends, the competitive landscape, and potential areas of opportunity for new partnerships or strategic alliances.
Key Requirements:
- A minimum of 7 years in affiliate management, business development, or a similar role, with a proven track record of revenue generation.
- Strong experience in developing and managing strategic alliances and partnerships, with a focus on B2B2C and B2B partnerships.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills, with the ability to build strong networks and partnerships.
- Proven leadership skills with experience in leading and developing high-performing teams.
- Excellent strategic and critical thinking abilities, with the ability to make sound decisions based on data and business principles.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
