Requirements
  • A minimum of 7 years in affiliate management, business development, or a similar role, with a proven track record of revenue generation

Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage strategic partnerships across Tier 1-4, identifying opportunities for collaboration and mutual growth
  • Negotiate and manage strategic alliances, establishing joint ventures and long-term partnership agreements that align with Mindvalley's objectives
  • Lead and mentor a team of partnership specialists, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement
  • Benchmark and track performance of partnerships against key metrics, ensuring revenue generation and growth in line with business goals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure partnerships are effectively integrated and align with overall business strategy
  • Maintain an understanding of industry trends, the competitive landscape, and potential areas of opportunity for new partnerships or strategic alliances
