Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field
  • At least 5-7 years of experience in quality assurance
  • Proven track record of designing and implementing successful QA processes and methodologies
  • Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes
  • Experience with digital content and email campaigning testing
  • Experience with User Experience testing methodologies like A/B testing
  • Experience with Marketing platforms testing and predictive analytics
  • Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities
Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement QA policies & procedures to ensure product and communications quality meets or exceeds industry standards
  • Lead and manage a team of QA professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations
  • Create and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to validate new features, enhancements, and bug fixes
  • Oversee the execution of testing activities, ensuring thorough test coverage
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify quality issues and drive solutions
  • Establish and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to track and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the QA process
  • Provide insights into the quality of products or processes through data analysis
  • Identify and assess project risks related to quality and define mitigation strategies
  • Conduct regular audits to assess compliance with QA standards and identify areas for improvement
  • Stay updated on industry best practices, new technologies, and tools related to quality assurance
