Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field
  • 10+ years of experience in marketing roles, with a focus on B2B marketing
  • Ability to “roll-up your sleeves” to lead and execute on multiple projects at a time
  • Excellent strategic and analytical skills with an ability to think strategically, generate creative solutions, and manage multiple work streams
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively, distilling and presenting complex ideas with clarity, confidence, and authority
  • Hands-on experience managing paid channels, including Google AdWords. LinkedIn, and Bing
Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns
  • Craft compelling content across PR, blogs, email, presentations, etc
  • Shape and manage web and digital strategies and channels
  • Manage events from conception through execution
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends
  • Collaborate with and support the sales organization, including sales enablement needs
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience within manufacturing, warehouse automation, and/or robotics is a plus
  • Solid knowledge of modern marketing tools, techniques, and technologies. Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, and WordPress is a plus
  • Familiarity with Wordpress content management systems
  • Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar
  • Experience with web analytics and media and social media distribution and tracking tools
  • Experience in writing and designing marketing assets
  • Brand management experience, including writing in brand tone and voice and creating materials within brand guidelines
  • Experience in creating and overseeing websites, social media, and other online content
  • Excellent relationship building, listening, verbal, and written communication skills
