Requirements
  • A baccalaureate degree from an accredited college and two years of experience in community work or community centered activities
  • High school graduation or equivalent and six years of experience in community work or community centered activities
  • Education and/or experience equivalent to the above qualifications with at least one year of experience as described in the first qualification
Responsibilities
  • Supervision, planning, implementation, coordination, monitoring, and evaluation of programs
  • Preparing charts, graphs, and reports on various subjects related to fleet metrics, signs, fuel, and small equipment
  • Maintaining databases within applications like FleetFocus (M5), Zipcar, Geotab, E-Z Pass, and ChargePoint
  • Conducting research, providing interpretation of findings, preparing evaluation reports, performing analyses, and reviewing expense invoices
  • Assisting with projects such as Vision Zero initiatives, Fleet Sustainability Fleet Sharing, and audit requests
  • Preparing paperwork, processing requests, coordinating release and distribution of vehicles and equipment, updating databases, and generating utilization reports
  • Planning, implementing, coordinating, monitoring, and evaluating Fleet projects and initiatives
  • Providing technical assistance and training to staff on Fleet Focus
  • Initiating, coordinating, and preparing presentations for meetings and conferences with Parks’ staff, Agency heads, and community organizations
  • Managing schedules for Fleet Executive staff, processing and routing correspondence, typing and distributing memoranda, and proofreading for accuracy
  • Analyzing procedures and proposing changes, serving as a liaison to other divisions, city agencies, and organizations
