Requirements
  • 1-2+ years of B2B field or events marketing or related experience
  • Flexibility with change and comfortability in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience executing event strategies with the purpose of Demand Generation
  • Demonstrated ability to develop relations with Sales and Business Development teams
  • Strong Campaign project management skills in an event setting
  • Explicit experience project managing multiple internal and external stakeholders
  • Demonstrated experience of marketing to an enterprise audience
  • Working knowledge of Hubspot (or comparable CRM tools)
  • Proficiency in Google Suite, Slack and Macbook preferred
Responsibilities
  • You will play a key role in scaling out an already significant global events strategy aimed at driving demand in the enterprise segment and driving brand & product awareness for Circle. This includes (but is not limited to) virtual online events like webinars and classes, sponsored trade shows and industry events, and Circle owned VIP events
  • You will act as the primary point of contact at Circle for all internal stakeholders and outside partners / vendors to ensure the smooth delivery of all events
  • You will assist in the coordination and execution of all events, and will assist the entire Field Marketing team with logistics (e.g. venue sourcing and securing)
