Requirements
  • Experience in consumer marketing or employee communications strategy, implementation, and analytics.
  • Ability to plan and drive projects with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience handling creative teams (design and writing) and the creative development process — preferably in an internal communication, marketing or advertising agency setting.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; ability to draft content and messaging for a range of internal communication channels including employee emails, newsletters, websites, Keynote presentations, digital screens, social, etc.

Responsibilities
  • Act as a trusted advisor and partner to the SVP of Internal Communications, contributing to strategic planning and decision-making.
  • Serve as a point of contact and strategic advisor for senior leaders, offering strategic advice on internal messaging and change management efforts and providing counsel on messaging, engagement, and organizational communication priorities.
  • Drive and oversee internal communication campaigns, ensuring messages are clear, engaging, and aligned with company priorities.
  • Partner with HR, Operations, and other functions to support cultural initiatives, change management, and employee engagement programs.
  • Lead cross-functional collaborations to ensure cohesive and impactful messaging across all internal channels.
  • Drive consistent messaging and alignment across all internal communication channels, including intranet, email, town halls, and leadership forums.
  • Provide support in crafting and delivering executive communications, including speeches, presentations, and key messages.
  • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of internal communications, leveraging insights to refine strategies.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive internal communications strategy that aligns with the company’s mission, goals, and values.
