Requirements

Responsibilities
  • Order materials when required.
  • Schedule equipment through proper protocol.
  • Set up and charge all work orders and account numbers.
  • Receive, inspect, help unload, and distribute received materials and equipment.
  • Set up and maintain the inventory system and reordering process.
  • Assist contract supervision upon request.
  • Assist in the field when needed.
  • Maintain the file system and cross-reference book.
  • Obtain proper accounting documents for all work order numbers monthly.
  • Assist the operator with orders when requested.
  • Locate specialty equipment such as transition pieces and check valves.
  • Load and unload equipment and materials.
