- Collect required fees from patients or authorized representatives.
- Be responsible for daily operations.
- Work as scheduled or needed, including alternate shifts, weekends, holidays, and on-call periods.
- Two to three years of customer service, public relations, or leadership experience is preferred.
- Two to three years of computer experience is preferred.
- Previous medical record or billing experience is strongly preferred.
- Post-secondary education is preferred.
- The ability to compile and analyze data is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is strongly preferred.
