  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Minimum 2-years experience working in L&D, training/enablement, sales, or sales performance roles supporting a B2B sales organization
  • Experience working in a multi-team sales organisation, managing stakeholder relationships
  • Experience with creating and delivering high-quality programs and supporting materials
  • Strong communication skills with demonstrated self-confidence, business acumen, and an interest in presenting to large groups
  • Impeccable attention to detail, project management skills and organisational skills
  • Sales experience preferred
  • Knowledge of the commercial real estate industry
  • Strong understanding of adult learning and behavioural change theory and models
  • Experience acting as a coach or consultant in a business setting, sales coaching preferred
  • Experience with creating engaging multimedia content
  • Interest in emerging sales engagement tools and AI
Responsibilities
  • Partner with EMEA sellers + leaders on strategic enablement initiatives
  • Deliver and execute local onboarding and primary sales training programs
  • Own the coordination, communication and administration of all local enablement programs
  • Design and develop content for team initiatives on various projects
  • Create e-learning, video, audio and ILT content
  • Liaise with key partners to leverage synergies in resources and training programs
  • Serve as a sales coach for leaders within the sales organisation
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training and enablement solutions
