Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum three years of relevant experience in a marketing or business development capacity ideally in a professional services firm.
  • Proven expertise in CRM systems (LexisNexis InterAction or Dynamics 365 a plus), marketing automation, and broadcast email marketing platforms (e.g., Vuture a plus).
  • Good technical acumen, including working knowledge of HTML and CSS for email customization and template creation.
  • Highly detail-oriented, process-driven, and organized with good time management skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent data analysis and reporting skills, with the ability to interpret insights and optimize CRM strategies accordingly.
  • Ability to work effectively across teams with people at all levels.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work full time in an office and remote environment; physically able to sit/stand at a computer and work in front of a computer screen for significant portions of the workday.

Responsibilities
  • Take ownership of developing, executing, and continuously optimizing sophisticated CRM strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives and enhancing customer lifecycle management.
  • Serve as a CRM subject matter expert, proactively advising on best practices and innovations to maximize system capabilities and improve marketing effectiveness.
  • Provide CRM support for administrative and professional staff by understanding, anticipating, and supporting marketing efforts that require firm CRM data, including list creation, list management, and reporting.
  • Assist with CRM-related initiatives, including automation, segmentation, personalization, and reporting, ensuring alignment with business goals and marketing objectives.
  • Support firm event registration process, including creation of event email communication and distribution.
  • Act as a liaison between CRM stakeholders and vendors, advocating for improvements, training, and system enhancements.
  • Responsible for CRM contact updates, including work prioritization, ticket assignment and processing.
  • Handle on-going strategies for CRM data e.g. contacts accounts and list quality maintenance.
  • Handle CRM system administrative tasks.
