Requirements

Responsibilities
  • Analyze critical Operations and Customer Success workflows and transform them using AI agents.
  • Set objectives for workflow autonomy and quality and continuously improve the workflows.
  • Develop and manage AI agents on platforms such as Dust or Claude and deploy them to production with baselines and metrics for benefit, usage, and scalability.
  • Curate agent context from templates and core data and keep knowledge sources in Confluence, Drive, and Salesforce up to date and structured.
  • Define quality standards and evaluation routines to identify hallucinations and prompt drift.
  • Optimize prompts through systematic user feedback and A/B testing.
  • Own interfaces between Salesforce and AI platforms, automate data flows, and work with IT to unlock data sources.
  • Translate business requirements into technical solutions and coordinate stakeholders from Leadership, IT, and Product.
  • Improve the team's AI fluency in context management, agent management, and evaluation.
  • Measure AI success using time, quality, and cost metrics and use the results to guide scaling.

Doctolib, AP-HP and Roche launch healthtech startup programme at STATION F

Doctolib, AP-HP and Roche have launched Care Forward, a support programme for European healthtech startups at STATION F in Paris. The initiative aims to bridge the gap between healthcare innovation and clinical deployment by providing startups with direct access to hospital environments, regulatory expertise and AI support. The programme targets startups developing technologies across the care pathway, including digital solutions, AI, connected devices and healthcare services. Doctolib will offer technology integration and European deployment strategies, whilst AP-HP provides access to clinical environments across Europe's largest university hospital system with 38 hospitals. Roche will assist with regulatory navigation and health economic validation. Participating startups will also gain access to specialised investors and exclusive industry events. Published on Apr 17, 2026 We're excited to announce the launch of a new program in the health space, led by Doctolib, @Hôtel-Dieu (AP-HP), and Roche. The goal is simple: bring health innovations closer to where they matter most: patients and care teams. Based at STATION F, the "Care Forward" program is open to European startups with the potential to deliver clear, measurable impact on the healthcare system. The focus is straightforward but demanding: solutions that work in practice. Whether building in digital health, AI, connected devices, or care services, selected startups will be supported to test, validate, and deploy their solutions in real clinical environments. From diagnosis and treatment to follow-up and system efficiency, all parts of the care pathway are in scope, as long as the impact is concrete. Direct access to technology, clinicians, and patients. What sets this program apart is not just mentorship or office space, it's proximity. Selected startups will receive tailored, hands-on support from three key players in European healthcare: * Doctolib will bring its deep expertise in product integration, AI in healthcare, and practitioner workflows, helping startups build solutions that can scale across Europe and truly fit into daily medical practice. * @Hôtel-Dieu (AP-HP) will open the doors of Europe's largest university hospital system.
