  • Build long-term relationships through exceptional customer service and ongoing support.
  • Conduct policy reviews and assist with beneficiary updates and claims guidance.
  • Maintain accurate digital records while ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Participate in ongoing training, mentorship, and professional development.
  • Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings.
Desired Qualifications
  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, healthcare, education, hospitality, recruiting, or financial services is helpful but not required.
