About the role

As a Product Specialist, you will be responsible for driving the success of a specific set of MOLOCO products and initiatives. You will be the chief champion and evangelist of your products. You will help empower sales with the knowledge and data to champion your products. And you will leverage data analysis and work with sales to collect feedback and track the performance of the initiatives to identify themes, prioritize issues, and communicate key takeaways to product, engineering, design, and other cross-functional partners to shape product direction. You will work cross-functionally with other teams within MOLOCO to continuously improve our products.

Team members are analytical and strategic, hard workers with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done. We combine deep expertise in our products with operational and analytical skills to design and manage scalable processes that support internal / external clients.

What you’ll do

• Become an expert in the health and quality of a specific product
• Develop and communicate compelling analyses and recommendations over aggregate trends from user feedback 
• Partner with the Sales organization to evangelize product adoption and experiment novel growth approaches with Moloco solutions
• Design and execute scaling processes to facilitate the product commercialization lifecycle
• Collaborate with Engineering and Product Management to shape, support, and execute product goals that positively impact the user experience
• Communicate the potential impact of product changes to internal stakeholders
• Instill a focus on quality in the product culture by creating objective data-driven stories that influence and convince product teams to prioritize quality projects

What you’ll need to succeed

• BS in engineering or business degree or related technical fields
• 5+ years of experience working in IT, ad-tech, consulting, or an operational capacity
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to distill complex issues into structured frameworks and concrete action plans
• Highly analytical and motivated to derive actionable insight from large amounts of unstructured information
• Systems thinker with the ability to independently carry out rigorous problem solving
• Experience prioritizing competing demands in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment
• Experience constructing interpersonal relationships across teams, communicating technical content and analytical insights to multiple audiences
• Experience using data to tell a story and influence direction

Preferred qualifications

• Experience and deep understanding of ad-tech and mar-tech SaaS platforms
• Experience working with or in support of diverse communities
