- PAB, ASSS, or nursing student profile.
- Autonomy, reliability, and a compassionate approach.
- Meals, transportation, and accommodation are not covered by the organization.
- Continuous presence is required without a scheduled break or meal period.
- Provide continuous day and night surveillance to prevent wandering, entry into neighboring rooms, and situations that could compromise the resident's safety or dignity.
- Provide accompaniment and required surveillance during movement inside and outside the room, with direct assistance during transfers when needed.
- Provide necessary reminders for bathroom use and monitor and assist the resident as needed, including incontinence or cleanup situations, in collaboration with RPA staff.
- Use a positive, simple, gentle approach adapted to the resident's cognitive abilities and avoid discussing difficulties or limitations that may cause a negative reaction.
