Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 1+ years work experience, preferable in Merchandise Planning and/or Buying
  • Understanding of retail math and ability to use complete basic reporting
  • Strong Excel skills required
  • Curiosity in using data to solve business problems with analytical solutions
  • Ability to identify problems in advance and work with manager to implement potential solutions
  • Possess strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, Google Docs and have aptitude to learn technical applications quickly
Responsibilities
  • Utilize data to maximize potential and solve business problems with analytical solutions
  • Develop skills to leverage historical data to propose pre-season and in-season planning recommendations
  • Partner cross functionally with buying, site merchandising, and data teams to ensure accurate data and analysis
  • Complete Ad Hoc analysis and reporting to support category analysis as directed
  • Data entry support across systems, including Salesforce and Tableau, and maintains files to support Merchandise Strategy Team
  • Will be involved in hindsight analysis of seasonal Box performance
  • Miscellaneous tasks and projects as assigned by manager
