The Execution Intermediate Associate Analyst is an entry-level position responsible for bulk case creation, allocation of workload and validation of manual cases in coordination with the broader Anti-Money Laundering (AML) team.
Responsibilities:
- Perform monthly bulk case creation and data validation activities to ensure accuracy of process.
- Support with case allocation processes and responsibilities to ensure timely delivery of eligible case work to CRIU teams.
- Perform reporting activities for internal controls, Case Intake processes, case allocation and ad-hoc metrics (as needed).
- Partner with stakeholders to retrieve required documentation (e.g., approvals) for executing and validating bulk case creation.
- Communicate with senior management on compliance, legal and business AML issues.
- Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm’s reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
Qualifications:
- 2-5 years’ relevant experience
- Knowledge of AML regulations
- Experience in managing large data sets preferred
- Proficient in MS Office (preferably Excel)
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
Education:
- Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience

$62,620.00 - $87,380.00
