Responsibilities
  • As a Lead Consultant at 84.51°, you are the driver of the customer first journey as you lead the insights driven strategy, execution, and implementation work that drives long term sustainable change and makes customers' lives easier. We are also counting on you to innovate. You know the customer and our capabilities thoroughly, so you are in a great position to drive innovation. The customer's voice influences every decision as you identify problems, develop solutions, activate insights, and evaluate the impact on customers for Kroger and CPGs
  • Your primary client is Kroger, one of the world's largest retailers and the third largest employer. You are expected to build strong, trusting relationships with your Kroger stakeholders and influence their decisions that drive long term customer loyalty
  • Your area of focus is on Customer and Market Insights Delivery (CaMID). You will work across a range of stakeholders including category managers, division promo planners, divisions, and senior leadership to deliver insights at scale. This work will include development, deployment, and adoption of scaled insights deliverables, as well as special insights projects designed to drive customer insight led decisions within the merchandising teams and in the divisions. You will collaborate with other team members within CaMID as well as across MA&O to ensure that our insights are aligned. Your work will influence both internal and external stakeholders and will impact MAST, IDEA, EPP, IAM, as well as other teams across 84.51°
