- Experience managing and mentoring technical teams is required.

- Experience responsibly leveraging artificial intelligence and automation tools to improve quality, productivity, and innovation is required.
- Perform complex interconnection studies, including load flow, short-circuit, and transient-stability studies, across multiple independent system operators and utilities in the Western Interconnection region.
- Review independent system operator and/or utility interconnection study results, replicate findings, and identify errors or alternative mitigations that could affect assigned network upgrades.
- Support generation, large-load, and merchant-transmission developers in navigating interconnection processes across the Western Interconnected System.
- Serve as a subject-matter expert on interconnection-related studies and stay current with industry trends and regulatory changes.
- Develop new and enhance existing relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, industry organizations, and regulatory agencies.
- Support the development of new products and services.
- Direct experience working at an independent system operator, utility, developer, or consulting organization serving these entities.
- Direct experience with utilities, transmission service providers, and regulators in the Western Electricity Coordinating Council region.
- Experience with interconnection studies and processes for renewable and conventional generation.
- Experience with large-load interconnection studies and processes.
- Automation experience with Python, C#, or SQL.
