Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
  • 0-1+ years of relevant coordination experience in areas such as recruiting coordination or human resources
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Docs and Google Meet
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with a strong ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and quickly adapt
  • Demonstrated creativity and writing skills for crafting candidate messaging and resources
Responsibilities
  • Work quickly and diligently to schedule interviews directly with candidates and hiring managers
  • Provide timely correspondence with candidates regarding their recruiting status through effective follow-up via email and/or phone
  • Demonstrate creativity and a solutions-oriented mindset to identify opportunities to enhance the candidate experience and scheduling processes for efficiencies
  • Effectively communicate and collaborate with global teams across various time zones
  • Develop and customize templates, candidate messaging, and resources to provide clear and effective communication throughout the interview process
  • Possess strong problem-solving skills, demonstrating the ability to analyze complex situations, identify challenges, and proactively implement solutions within the talent acquisition process
