Responsibilities
  • Responsible for delivering defined sales targets and accelerating growth in AHAN’s U.S. Dairy business by strategically developing and delivering offerings to meet the needs of feed manufacturers and distributors.
  • Have a deep understanding of the business models and B2B objectives of these targeted companies.
  • Establish and grow strong business relationships with the decision-makers at key targets.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans for these targets that align with AHAN U.S. sales strategy.
  • Collaborate with the U.S. Dairy field team to ensure execution with local/regional field teams at these target accounts.
  • Collaborate with internal functions (Technical Service, Product Management, Marketing, R&D) to tailor offerings to each target’s specific needs.
  • Overnight travel of 50-60% will be required.
