- Establish Benefits department as trusted partner
- Explain benefits programs to various stakeholders
- Drive and own the onboarding process
- Administer and maintain healthcare and retirement plans
- Monitor HR Helpdesk tickets
- Manage annual open enrollment
- Create metrics and evaluate reports
- Support HR with projects and reporting
- Maintain HRIS records
- Communicate benefit enrollments, changes, and terminations
- Maintain accurate record keeping
- Present detailed benefits information
- Perform other duties as assigned
