The Role: 

We are seeking an experienced healthcare Implementation Business Analyst to join the Implementation team. The Implementation Business Analyst will support projects during implementation by gathering and analyzing data from multiple sources (Tableau, DataDog, SumoLogic, Monday, etc.).  The role will also build presentations to make recommendations on how to better improve implementations, customer experiences and also present data to support product enhancements.

You will: 

• Report directly to the Business Analyst Manager (Implementation)
• Operate alongside the Implementation Team and contribute directly to the success of implementations and our customer experience
• Assist Project Managers in identifying and documenting clinical workflows and associated applications utilized
• Build, run and analyze reports to present to customers
• Create and execute implementation satisfaction surveys and make recommendations that will directly impact customer satisfaction
• Present recommendations on process improvements to improve implementation efficiency

Requirements: 

• 3-5 years of Healthcare IT experience, preferably in Imaging IT
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related healthcare discipline, information systems and/or equivalent knowledge and experience is required.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Travel up to 15% 

What success looks like:

• Increased data integrity and data gathering within Implementation
• You provide the team with timely and accurate reporting
• You provide better documentation of data associated to each implementation
• You assist the PM to analyze data efficiently when it comes to the validation phase of the project.

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.

Salary Range: $89,000  - $115,000
