Requirements
  • Have 4+ years of experience in managing marketing technology and automating programs
  • Strong grasp of Salesforce and Hubspot is required; experience with Chili Piper, LeanData, and 6sense are a huge plus
  • Be proficient with advanced marketing automation functionality including managing a system of nurture tracks, ensuring proper data flows between various systems, and troubleshooting issues as they arise
  • Be obsessed with funnel efficiency
  • Geek out on the expanding marketing technology landscape and stay current with industry trends
  • Love details and be process-oriented

Responsibilities
  • Be a strategic partner to the marketing team on any program, operational and analytical needs
  • Take responsibility for day-to-day execution of marketing automation requests from internal customers; These requests range from single emails, multi-step campaigns, webinar, event pre/post programs and other requests from internal Vanta customers
  • Help define and implement lead qualification and scoring, and marketing attribution models including the implementation and improvement of the Marketing to Sales handoff
  • Create and maintain marketing dashboards to measure and understand performance and flag blockers in funnel
  • Partner with Marketing to develop nurture streams across various audiences including acquisition and cross-sell
  • Partner with the Systems team to build upon our investments in Marketing Operations infrastructure, tools, and systems
