Requirements
  • You are qualified in England and Wales.
  • Experience of general commercial work.
  • Experience providing corporate and company secretarial support to a UK listed company.
  • Familiarity with environmental, social and governance reporting requirements.
  • Experience advising media companies or FCA regulated businesses.
  • Experience managing disputes.
  • Experience working on corporate transactions.
  • Experience working in a global organisation and interest in the laws of jurisdictions outside of your own.
  • Experience implementing legal process changes.
Responsibilities
  • Support Future’s businesses across the globe with transactional and advisory work.
  • Support the General Counsel and Company Secretary with company secretarial and corporate governance matters.
